A Brand Evolution
Streamline Builders came to me as a business providing high-end residential construction and planning services. They were already successful, with strong relationships and a steady pipeline of projects. But their brand identity hadn’t caught up to their ambition.
They wanted to grow into a high-performance custom home builder—crafting modern homes for today’s lifestyle, targeting whole-home renovations and custom builds in the $2–4M range. Their business goals were clear:
$15M in annual sales
A team of 10–12 people
Solid relationships with 24 architects
Six to eight projects a year, each executed with precision and care
The challenge? To capture that ambition in a brand that felt as modern, intentional, and tailored as the homes they build.
The Meaning of “Streamline”
We leaned into the definition itself: to make something simpler, more effective, more productive. Streamline also evokes sleekness, up-to-date design, and a sense of ease—everything a client wants in a homebuilding experience.
Strategic Brand Attributes
The new identity had to embody their DNA:
- Unafraid, tailored, collaborative
- Integrity and mentorship
- Sophisticated yet approachable
- Craftsmen with a sharp eye for detail
- Transparent, authentic, resourceful
- Committed to the best possible product
From these qualities, we created a modern logo system and visual identity that feels precise, current, and refined, while remaining personable and approachable. It positions Streamline Builders as not just contractors, but guides and partners in bringing ambitious residential projects to life.
