Raise Insurance Solutions is a California-based boutique employee benefits advisory led by Ezra Herzog. The firm serves small and midsized employers, often family-owned, founder-led, or nonprofit organizations who want a partner, not a policy pusher. Ezra’s mission is to transform employee benefits from a transactional necessity into a strategic advantage that helps companies attract and retain great talent.

Objectives

Ezra came to Agency Bel for a complete re-brand to clarify his strategic positioning, modernize his digital presence, and create a referral-friendly, evergreen website that communicates the value of his advisory process. He wanted to stand apart from volume-based brokers by highlighting his three-stage consultative model: Discovery, Assessment, and Custom Planning, and to make it simple for referral partners to introduce him to ideal clients.
